Your Redlands Bus Rental With Popular Amenities
The right amenities depend on what kind of trip you're planning. A minibus is a clean, comfortable pick for corporate shuttles or wedding guests moving between venues — think reclining seats, overhead storage, and climate control built for the Inland Empire heat. A party bus steps it up with LED lighting, premium sound, and wraparound seating for a celebration that starts the moment you pull away from the curb.
For longer hauls — say, Redlands to a concert at Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert — a charter bus brings onboard restrooms and undercarriage bays so nobody's counting rest stops. Compare what's available in the network and find the exact spec your trip calls for.
Air-conditioning
Wraparound Leather Seats

Redlands Party Bus Prices That Fit Your Budget
Redlands party bus rental prices shift based on vehicle type, how long you need it, the date, and how much demand is in the market that week. As a general planning range: a 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays and $250–$350/hour on weekends. A 25-passenger party bus falls in the $250–$375/hour range on weekends.
A full charter bus for a longer trip typically runs $1,350–$2,850 per day.

Find the Right Party Bus for Your Redlands Group
Redlands sits at a crossroads — literally. You've got I-10 cutting east-west, the 210 heading toward Pasadena, and the 215 running north toward San Bernardino, all converging in an area that gets genuinely gridlocked on event days and Friday afternoons. Coordinating a group of 20, 30, or 50 people across that terrain in separate cars is a headache that multiplies fast. Partybussanbernadino.com exists to cut that headache down to one phone call or one form.
Because this is a comparison platform — not a single bus company — you're never stuck with whatever one fleet happens to have available. The network pulls options from multiple transportation providers serving the Inland Empire, so your group size, your date, and your itinerary drive the search rather than one company's availability calendar. That means more vehicle types, more pricing options, and a better shot at getting the exact bus your trip needs.
Compare it all here, at any hour, any day, with no obligation. Call 840-268-3250 or use the online form and have pricing in front of you in about a minute.
Redlands Party Bus & Charter Bus Services
Whatever brings your group together in Redlands — a wedding at the Mitten Building, a prom night, a field trip to the San Bernardino County Museum, or a charter run to a Dodgers game — Partybussanbernadino.com connects you with the right vehicle. Here's a look at every occasion the network covers.

Redlands Airport Shuttles & Transportation
Ontario International Airport (ONT) at 2500 E Airport Dr, Ontario, CA 91761, is roughly 20 miles west of Redlands via I-10 — but that stretch of freeway is one of the most reliably congested in the Inland Empire, and Friday afternoons or Sunday evenings can push that trip well past 45 minutes. For groups flying in together, a Redlands airport shuttle bus consolidates the pickup into one vehicle and eliminates the coordination nightmare of matching arrival times to rideshare windows. Have the group gather with luggage at the arrivals curb, then make one call when everyone is assembled — that workflow keeps the timing clean.
For larger corporate or group travel, Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) and Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) are both reachable, though LAX adds significant drive time — budget 90 minutes to two hours from Redlands depending on time of day. A charter bus with undercarriage bays handles luggage without counting bags. Check the ONT airport shuttle guide for specific approach and pickup details before your trip.
Call 840-268-3250 to get a quote for your exact pickup window.

Redlands Bachelor & Bachelorette Transportation
A Redlands bachelorette night has real range — start with dinner on State Street, move to Escape Room Redlands for a group activity, then hit the rooftop at Sako's Mediterranean Cuisine or keep the night rolling toward San Bernardino's bar strip or a party at a Temecula winery with a late license. The problem with building that itinerary around separate rideshares is timing: someone always gets dropped at the wrong stop, or the surge pricing at 11pm pushes the group to call it early rather than chase the next pickup.
A Redlands bachelorette party bus rental in the 20–30 passenger range puts the whole group in one vehicle with the sound system and LED lighting already running before the first stop. The night goes on your schedule, not the app's. Weekend rates for a 25-passenger party bus run roughly $275–$375/hour — split across 20 guests, that math gets very reasonable very fast.
Call 840-268-3250 to lock in your date.

Redlands Birthday, Sweet 16, & Quinceañera Party Bus Rentals
Redlands has a strong quinceañera and Sweet 16 culture, and the party bus arrival at a reception venue on Lugonia Avenue or at a banquet hall in the surrounding Inland Empire is one of the most memorable moments of the night. A Redlands birthday party bus rental in the 18–25 passenger range is the natural fit for the court and close family — LED lighting, a sound system pumping the playlist, and an entrance that the guest of honor will not forget.
For adult milestone birthdays, a wine country tour through the Temecula Valley wine corridor is a popular full-day itinerary from Redlands — roughly 60 miles southwest via I-15. A charter bus handles the long haul comfortably and brings everyone back on a single schedule. Weekend day rates for a charter bus run $1,350–$2,850 depending on hours and availability.
Use the online form to check what's open on your date or call 840-268-3250 to build the itinerary.

Redlands Concert Transportation & Shuttles
Glen Helen Amphitheatre in Devore — about 18 miles northwest of Redlands via I-215 — hosts some of the biggest touring shows in Southern California, and the post-show exit from Devore Road is legendary for the wrong reasons. One lane of traffic, no cell service in spots, and thousands of cars all leaving at the same moment means rideshare ETAs spike well past an hour after the final song. A Redlands concert bus rental avoids all of that — your group loads up together and is moving while the parking lot is still gridlocked.
See the full logistics breakdown in the Glen Helen bus guide.
NOS Events Center (689 S E St, San Bernardino) and Toyota Arena in Ontario are both within 20 miles and run heavy event schedules year-round. For Toyota Arena specifically, the Toyota Arena bus guide covers approach roads and drop-off zones in detail. A party bus in the 20–30 passenger range is a natural fit for a concert group that wants the ride to feel like part of the evening.

Redlands Corporate Event Transportation
The University of Redlands (1200 E Colton Ave, Redlands, CA 92373) hosts conferences, alumni events, and executive gatherings throughout the year, and parking on the hill-perched campus fills quickly during larger events. A Redlands corporate charter bus solves the parking math entirely — drop the group at a designated entrance and stage the vehicle nearby rather than hunting for spots along University Street. For groups commuting between Redlands and the Ontario Convention Center or the Doubletree by Hilton Ontario, a minibus with overhead storage and climate control keeps the team together and on schedule without anyone absorbing I-10 traffic stress solo.
For multi-day events, charter buses with undercarriage bays handle presentation equipment and luggage in one load. The quote form captures your headcount, schedule, and drop-off points up front, so the options you see actually match your itinerary. Call 840-268-3250 for a same-day quote on Redlands corporate transportation.

Redlands Private Event Transportation Services
The Redlands Bowl Summer Music Festival runs free outdoor concerts every summer at the Redlands Bowl (25 Grant St, Redlands, CA 92373), drawing big crowds to a parking-limited neighborhood that was not designed for event-night traffic volume. Street parking on Grant Street and the surrounding residential blocks fills well before showtime, and the walk from the nearest available lot can stretch 10–15 minutes each way — longer if you're moving a larger group with chairs and coolers.
A Redlands private event bus rental drops the group near the Bowl entrance and eliminates the parking scramble entirely. For family reunions, church retreats, or group outings to the San Bernardino National Forest trailheads north of town, a charter bus or minibus keeps everyone on the same departure and return schedule. The Yaamava' Resort and Casino at San Manuel — about 15 miles north in Highland — is another popular private event destination; see the Yaamava' bus guide for specific drop-off and parking logistics.
Call 840-268-3250 with your headcount and date to see what's available.

Redlands Homecoming & Prom Party Bus Rentals
Prom season across the Redlands Unified School District — Redlands High, Redlands East Valley, Citrus Valley High — typically falls between late April and mid-May, and every school in the Inland Empire runs its prom in roughly the same six-week stretch. That compression means party bus availability tightens fast, and rates climb as the calendar fills. For prom, booking by December is the move.
Waiting until March or April means either paying a significant premium or finding the vehicle you wanted is already gone.
A Redlands prom party bus in the 20–30 passenger range fits a typical friend group for the pre-prom photos, the venue, and the after-party stop. The quote form shows you what's available for your exact date in about 30 seconds. Call 840-268-3250 now and get the date locked before the window closes.

Redlands School Event & Field Trip Transportation
The San Bernardino County Museum (2024 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374) is one of the most popular field trip destinations in the region — located just off I-10 at the Eureka Street exit, it's accessible for school groups coming from across the Inland Empire. The museum's parking lot accommodates buses in designated coach spots, but coordinating arrival timing with a convoy of carpooling parents adds unnecessary complexity to an already logistically demanding day. A single Redlands school event charter bus keeps the headcount clean and the adults off the freeway.
For longer trips — the California Science Center in LA, the San Diego Zoo, or Knott's Berry Farm — a full charter bus with onboard restrooms and undercarriage storage for lunches and backpacks makes the travel day manageable for students and chaperones alike. ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network; flag the need when you submit the quote form. Call 840-268-3250 to get pricing for your school group's next trip.

Redlands Sporting Event Transportation
San Manuel Stadium (280 S E St, San Bernardino, CA 92401) — home of the Inland Empire 66ers Minor League Baseball club — is about 10 miles from central Redlands, and game nights on the 215 corridor can back up significantly around the 5th Street interchange. A Redlands sporting event party bus gets the group there together and skips the parking hunt near the stadium. See the full approach and lot detail in the San Manuel Stadium bus guide.
Toyota Arena (4000 E Ontario Center Pkwy, Ontario, CA 91764) hosts Ontario Reign hockey and frequently runs concert and event nights alongside the sports calendar. The Ontario Center Parkway approach fills fast on sellout nights, and the surface lots adjacent to the arena hit capacity well before puck drop. A charter bus or minibus drops your group at the arena entrance and handles the return when the crowd is still filing into the lot.
Review the Toyota Arena charter bus guide before game day and call 840-268-3250 to get a quote for your group.

Redlands Wedding Transportation & Shuttle Service
The Mitten Building (100 E Citrus Ave, Redlands, CA 92373) is one of the most sought-after wedding venues in the Inland Empire — a restored 1891 packing house in the heart of Downtown Redlands with a capacity that regularly fills to 300 guests. Street parking in the immediate area is limited to two-hour metered spots that cut off in the early evening, and the nearest public lot is a four-block walk from the venue entrance. For a wedding party in formalwear, that walk is not a great option on a warm October Saturday night.
A Redlands wedding shuttle bus runs your guests between their hotel block — the Hilton Garden Inn Redlands at 1750 Industrial Park Ave is the most common choice — and the Mitten in clean, climate-controlled comfort with no parking math required. A 14-passenger Sprinter limo handles the wedding party's venue-to-venue run on the day itself. With ceremony timing this tight, book transportation at least four to five months out — popular Redlands wedding weekends in spring and fall fill the bus network early.
Call 840-268-3250 to get your date secured.

Redlands Winery Tour & Pub Crawl Transportation
The Temecula Valley wine country sits about 60 miles southwest of Redlands via I-215 South — close enough for a full-day round trip, far enough that nobody wants to volunteer to stay sober for a group of 15 on a Saturday. Wineries like South Coast Winery (34843 Rancho California Rd, Temecula), Ponte Winery (35053 Rancho California Rd), and Carter Estate Winery are all concentrated along Rancho California Road and make an easy multi-stop loop for a Redlands winery tour bus rental.
Closer to home, Downtown Redlands' State Street bar corridor — Anchorhead Coffee by day, Hangar 24 Craft Brewery (1710 Sessums Dr, Redlands) and The Back Abbey by night — supports a walkable pub crawl that a 15-passenger party bus can anchor with easy parking nearby. For the Temecula run, a charter bus or larger party bus with undercarriage storage handles the wine cases your group will inevitably be bringing back. Weekend charter rates run $200–$350/hour — split across 12 or more guests, that's typically cheaper than renting cars.
Fill out the form or call 840-268-3250 to check availability for your date.

Frequently Asked Questions About Redlands Party Bus Rentals
How does this website work?
Partybussanbernadino.com helps you compare bus rental options; it is not the bus company and does not rent, own, or operate vehicles. When you submit the quote form, your trip details go through a booking company so you can review pricing and available vehicles for your date. You compare the options and book through the process shown with your quote.
What is Partybussanbernadino.com?
Partybussanbernadino.com is a quote-comparison and referral website, not a bus company or motor carrier. It doesn't own vehicles or provide transportation directly. What it does is make it fast and free to see pricing and vehicle options from independently owned transportation companies serving Redlands and the surrounding Inland Empire — so you can compare buses and rates in one place instead of calling company after company.
No account required, no obligation, free quotes online or by phone at 840-268-3250.
How does Partybussanbernadino.com work?
Enter your trip details — date, group size, pickup and drop-off locations — into the online quote form or call 840-268-3250. Within seconds you'll see available vehicle options and pricing from providers serving your area. Compare vehicles, check what amenities are included, and find the option that fits your group.
That's the whole process. There's no account to create, no obligation to book, and no forms that take longer than a minute to fill out.
How much does a party bus cost in Redlands?
Rates in Redlands move with the vehicle size, the date, and how many hours you need. A 15-passenger party bus runs roughly $200–$350/hour on weekdays. A 25-passenger party bus lands around $275–$375/hour on weekends.
A full charter bus for a day trip to Temecula or a game in LA typically runs $1,350–$2,850 depending on hours. Those are planning ranges — your actual quote depends on your specific date and itinerary. Fill out the form or call 840-268-3250 to get pricing for your trip in about a minute.
The pricing page breaks down rates by vehicle type.
Do I need to create an account to get a quote?
No account required — ever. Just enter your trip details into the online form or call 840-268-3250 and you'll get pricing options without signing up for anything. The whole point is to make this as fast as possible, not to put more steps between you and the information you need.
What's the difference between a party bus and a charter bus — and which one does my group need?
A party bus is built around the experience of the ride itself — wraparound seating, LED lighting, a sound system, and a social layout where the group faces each other. It's the right call for a bachelorette night, a birthday crawl, or prom. A charter bus is built for moving a larger group efficiently over a longer distance — reclining rows, overhead storage, undercarriage bays, and onboard restrooms on many models.
For a Redlands-to-LA corporate run or a full wine country day trip, the charter bus is typically the better fit. Not sure? The quote form shows you both options side by side so you can compare specs and pricing at the same time.
Can Partybussanbernadino.com handle trips that leave Redlands — like a concert in LA or a winery run to Temecula?
Yes. The network covers the full range of Inland Empire departures, including longer runs to Los Angeles, San Diego, Temecula, Palm Desert, and beyond. For trips to venues like Acrisure Arena in Palm Desert or Glen Helen Amphitheatre in Devore, the quote form captures your destination so the options you see are matched to the actual route.
Just enter where you're starting and where you're going — the rest follows from there.
Are ADA-accessible buses available in Redlands?
ADA-accessible vehicles are available through the network. When you fill out the quote form or call 840-268-3250, mention the accessibility requirement upfront — that ensures the options you're shown can actually accommodate your group rather than discovering a mismatch after the fact.
How far in advance should I book?
For most trips, three to four months ahead is a solid target. For high-demand windows — prom season (late April through May), summer concert season at Glen Helen, Redlands Bowl summer nights, and major holiday weekends — the network fills faster than most people expect. Prom bookings in particular should be locked in by December; waiting until spring means paying a premium or finding your first-choice vehicle is already committed.
For weddings, four to six months out is the standard. Outside peak periods, a few weeks of lead time is usually workable — but earlier always means better selection and better pricing.
Popular Redlands Party Bus Destinations
Redlands puts your group within reach of some of the Inland Empire's best venues — from baseball at San Manuel Stadium to wine country in Temecula, live music at Glen Helen, and casino nights at Yaamava'. Here are six destinations your group is most likely heading to, and what to know before you get there.

San Bernardino County Museum
The San Bernardino County Museum (2024 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374) sits right off the I-10 Eureka Street exit, making it one of the most logistically accessible destinations in the area for group visits. The museum covers natural history, cultural history, and ornithology, and its parking lot includes designated coach and bus spaces near the main entrance — so your group is steps from the door rather than hiking from a remote lot. It's the most frequent field trip destination for schools across the Inland Empire, and group visits are coordinated in advance.
For a school or corporate group coming from Redlands, the drive is under 10 minutes and the loading area makes the logistics straightforward. Address: 2024 Orange Tree Ln, Redlands, CA 92374.

Hangar 24 Craft Brewery
Hangar 24 Craft Brewery (1710 Sessums Dr, Redlands, CA 92374) is one of the anchor stops on any Redlands pub crawl — a large-format taproom with a full food menu, an outdoor area, and a rotating tap list heavy on Inland Empire regulars like Orange Wheat and Benchmark IPA. The Sessums Drive location has its own parking lot that fits a bus or minibus without much difficulty, making drop-off and pickup straightforward for groups. On weekend evenings and during special release events, the taproom fills fast.
For a Redlands winery and brewery itinerary, Hangar 24 pairs naturally with a run down State Street and a stop at The Back Abbey before the group calls the night. A 15–20 passenger party bus is the natural fit for this kind of multi-stop evening. Address: 1710 Sessums Dr, Redlands, CA 92374.
Phone: (909) 389-4200.

The Mitten Building
The Mitten Building (100 E Citrus Ave, Redlands, CA 92373) is a restored 1891 citrus packing house in the core of Downtown Redlands, consistently rated among the most popular wedding and event venues in the Inland Empire. It holds up to 300 guests across two event spaces and books out many weekends 12–18 months ahead for Saturday weddings. The immediate surrounding blocks on Citrus Avenue are metered and time-limited, and the nearest surface lot is several blocks east — making a dedicated shuttle the obvious solution for any guest list over 40.
A minibus running loops between a hotel block on Alabama Street and the Mitten entrance is the standard approach. Book the shuttle as early as you book the venue. Address: 100 E Citrus Ave, Redlands, CA 92373.
Phone: (909) 307-0050.

Yaamava' Resort and Casino at San Manuel
Yaamava' Resort and Casino (777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346) is about 15 miles north of Redlands on the 210 Freeway — a quick shot up, but the approach on Highland Avenue can back up significantly on weekends and during headline entertainment nights at the Yaamava' Theater. The casino's surface parking is expansive, but for groups, coordinating who drives, who drinks, and how everyone gets back at the same time is the real friction. A charter bus or party bus solves that equation completely.
The Yaamava' bus guide covers the specific drop-off zone and vehicle staging area. For groups of 15 or more, a bus is the easier call. Address: 777 San Manuel Blvd, Highland, CA 92346.
Phone: (909) 864-5050.

Glen Helen Amphitheatre
Glen Helen Amphitheatre (2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407) holds up to 65,000 people and hosts some of the biggest festival and touring acts that come through Southern California — Knotfest, Brewed in California, and major EDM events have all anchored the venue's summer and fall calendar. Getting out after a show is where first-timers get surprised: Devore Road feeds into a single-lane exit corridor, and with 20,000–60,000 people all leaving at once, rideshare wait times regularly stretch 45 minutes to over an hour. A bus for your Redlands group means you depart on your schedule and bypass the queue entirely.
See the Glen Helen Amphitheatre bus guide for the complete parking and drop-off breakdown. Address: 2575 Glen Helen Pkwy, San Bernardino, CA 92407.

Redlands Bowl
The Redlands Bowl (25 Grant St, Redlands, CA 92373) has hosted free outdoor concerts every summer since 1924 — one of the longest-running free music festivals in the United States. The Bowl sits in a residential neighborhood where street parking is first-come, first-served and the blocks within a quarter mile fill by early afternoon on popular nights. The Redlands Unified School District parking lots nearby offer overflow, but it's a genuine walk.
For a group of 15 or more, a party bus or minibus that drops everyone at the Grant Street entrance and returns for pickup after the final encore is a significantly better plan than coordinating a carpool across a neighborhood that doesn't have room for it. Summer concert season runs June through August. Check the official Redlands Bowl schedule for current programming.
